The 4th Meet Global MICE Congress will be held in Moscow on December 16–17, 2026. The event aims to provide a premier networking platform for international businesses, associations, event organizers, travel agencies, and MICE service providers.

A centerpiece of the 2026 Meet Global MICE Congress is the Hosted Buyer Program. The event is expected to welcome over 200 representatives from professional organizations and corporations across China, India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

With approximately 70% of attendees being business leaders, senior executives, or key decision-makers, the summit’s B2B sessions are strategically designed to help enterprises exchange needs, showcase products, and finalize partnership agreements.

Through this program, Vietnamese representatives will have an opportunity to engage in face-to-face meetings with international suppliers, organizers, and clients. These networking activities will also allow businesses to stay updated on specific market demands, evaluate potential collaborations, and tailor their products to various target groups.

The summit’s exhibition area will feature dedicated spaces for destinations, travel agencies, hotels, and event organizers to promote their services. This serves as a vital channel for Vietnamese companies to showcase their expertise in organizing high-level conferences, events, incentive programs, and business-leisure travel.

In addition to trade activities, the summit will host specialized seminars under the theme: "Insights into Success in the MICE Industry: From Ideas and Tools to Practical Results."

According to Ms. Anastasia Popova, First Deputy Director for Business Tourism Development at the Moscow Tourism and Hotel Development Project Office, the summit is expanding its guest list to enhance connectivity between international experts and businesses.

She emphasized that Vietnamese enterprises can leverage the event to introduce their products, expand their business networks, find new partners, and explore the potential for developing MICE programs in Moscow.

Vietnam has been identified by Moscow as one of its most important long-term markets in Asia. In 2025, the city welcomed 42,200 arrivals from Vietnam, a 17% increase compared to 2024. The share of Vietnamese visitors within the total number of travelers from the Asia-Pacific region to Moscow also continues to rise.
