Located in Can Giuoc, Tay Ninh - a gateway connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the Southern Key Economic Zone - Kizuna 5 is part of the KIZUNA GOLD premium serviced factory portfolio. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold green building certification, reflecting growing demand for sustainable industrial facilities.
The 8.5-hectare development carries a total investment of more than VND1.717 trillion and will include a master-planned complex of factories, offices, and warehouses. It is intended to provide high-standard ready-built factory space for both domestic and international manufacturers.

Once operational, this 128,000 sq m LEED Gold-certified facility will generate employment for over 5,000 workers, attract at least 60 international enterprises, and bring over VND10.3 trillion in industrial investment capital to Tay Ninh Province."

Under the partnership, KIZUNA will deploy LYSAGHT®'s comprehensive steel solutions across the Kizuna 5 project. LYSAGHT®, a premium brand of BlueScope Group with more than 165 years of global experience, serves as a solid foundation in establishing the technical benchmark for the KIZUNA GOLD product line. .The solutions include the MR-24® roofing system, combined with the Butler® structural framing system, which is designed to maximize usable space while supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
