With a massive 100,000 sq m site and an annual production capacity of 2.2 million sq m of façade products, the LEED Gold-certified BM Windows Chau Duc Factory marks a paradigm shift in production capability. The facility completes the company's value chain and aims to establish BM Windows as a regional and international hub for large-scale façade engineering solutions.
On July 16, BM Windows officially inaugurated and put into operation the BM Windows Chau Duc Factory, marking a pivotal milestone in its strategy to expand production and accelerate international growth.
Built in two phases, the factory covers a total area of 100,000 sq m and has a designed production capacity of 2.2 million sq m of products annually, with the ambition of becoming one of Southeast Asia's leading façade manufacturing centers.
As BM Windows' central hub for technology, management, and specialized façade engineering, the facility is designed to deliver some of the world's most complex, high-specification projects. Strategically located in the Sonadezi Chau Duc Industrial Park, it offers direct access to key transportation hubs, including Cai Mep International Port, Cat Lai Port, and Long Thanh International Airport. This location optimizes transit times and reduces logistics costs, significantly strengthening the company's ability to deliver large-scale projects across North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East, Taiwan, and other regional markets.
According to the company, the Chau Duc facility represents BM Windows' largest investment to date. Built to LEED Gold certification standards, it is positioned as one of the largest façade manufacturing centers in Southeast Asia.
The master plan dedicates approximately 20,000 sq m to landscaped green space. In addition, a 2,500 kWp rooftop solar power system has been installed, supporting the company's transition to renewable energy in its daily operations.
The factory's design maximizes natural daylight, reduces energy consumption, promotes recycling, and minimizes its environmental footprint. The office block and supporting facilities cover a total of 6,000 sq m and include state-of-the-art showrooms, workspaces for international engineers and experts, quality control rooms, laboratories, auditoriums, workshops, training centers, and sports facilities.
This strategic layout demonstrates that the BM Windows Chau Duc Factory is designed not only as a manufacturing facility but also as a comprehensive ecosystem for operations, research, training, and workforce development to support the company's next phase of growth.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, Founding Chairman of BM Windows, said: "The Chau Duc Factory represents far more than an expansion of our manufacturing capacity, it is a cornerstone of BM Windows' strategy to complete our value chain. We envision this facility evolving into a premier engineering and façade solutions hub, driving the realization of iconic architectural landmarks both in Vietnam and around the world."
